Presale

How do pre-orders work?

For this Launch Presale, customers receive a discount for purchasing before production to help with forecasting sizes and colours for the rest of the order. And will be receiving the order in Spring 2024, approximately May.

What if I need to change or cancel my pre-order?

We all make mistakes! If you wish to change your order, please email hello@theshortlisted.co and we will do our best to change your order before we ship out in spring 2024.

However, we can’t guarantee your order can be changed once it’s been shipped. Once your order is in transit, we are unable to make changes to the address. To see if your order can be re-routed, we recommend getting into contact with the courier directly.

Is shipping free?

For the VIP Presale, yes! Please use the coupon code.

Otherwise, orders over $300 quality for free shipping and for orders under $300, shipping is calculated at checkout.

When is expected delivery date?

We expect you to have the JumpSet in your hands by May
2024. We can hardly wait either!

Scrunchies added on to JumpSet orders will be sent out in Spring 2024.

Single scrunchie orders will be shipped out immediately.

Will there be a better presale price in the future?

The VIP sale is the highest sale we offer in-season. Beyond this, other tiers will have lower discounts. So better to place your order earlier than later!

Why just one outfit? I want to see more!

It’s part of our strategy to go slow and steady, not to overproduce, and release only products that will serve many purposes instead of releasing many styles that are just so-so. This is how SHORTLISTED approaches sustainability. If you don't see anything you like yet, it would still help with our launch if you purchased a gift card to use in the future!

I don’t care for jumpsuits or wide leg pants but I still like what you’re doing. How can I show my support?

In that case, we'd love to let you know that gift cards are available for purchase! This way, you can help our brand launch to success while having some cash to go toward future collections.

Where's the campaign imagery for larger sizes?

We were offered an opportunity to shoot with Langara College's photography students and only had one week's notice to put together these photos. It's our plan to shoot with a selection of different sized models in the future!

What size should I order?

Because we have Flex-fit waistbands and back bodices, the sizes are quite forgiving. Please consult our Size Guide and if you have additional questions, please contact us at hello@theshortlisted.co

Where are your highly versatile clothes made?

They're made where we're proudly based - in Vancouver, Canada.

Will you have Plus Sizes in stock?

Currently we're only planning to have a limited Plus Size range (2X, 3X) available during the Launch Presale - so it's a good time to make sure you get it in your size!

Right now our goal is to explore whether there's demand for Plus Sizes in our products.

Does my gift card expire?

Nope! The value of your gift card does not expire.

Payment

Will I be charged sales tax?

Sales tax is dependent upon where you live and the items you purchase. All tax estimates will be calculated at checkout.

For a limited time, in Canada you will only be charged PST.

Can I combine promo codes?

Only one discount code can be used per order and cannot be combined with other promotions.

However, during the VIP Presale, the order discount code may be used in conjunction with the shipping code.

Do you have a retail store for me to try your clothes?

No, but this is something we're working on for at least one retail location in Vancouver, Canada.

We're so excited you bought during the Presale! The plan is to ship during Spring, and have it in your hands by May 2024.

What happens if I received the wrong item, or if it's defective?

We got you! Simply email us hello@theshortlisted.co with a picture of the defect or the incorrect item and we will send a replacement right away. We'll send you a return label, so all you need to do is pack it up and drop it off.

How long does shipping take?

We're shipping via Canada Post and UPS, and are still figuring out the details. Will keep you posted.

Where do you ship from?

All orders are proudly shipped from Vancouver, Canada.

Do you offer local pickups?

Not at the moment, but we will be working on this.

How can I qualify for free shipping?

Yes, there's a way! If your order to Canada or the US is over $300 in the respective country's currency.

What about customs and duties to the US?

The prices on our website do not include taxes, duties or shipping. If you're ordering outside of Canada, you're solely responsible for any fees imposed by your country's customs, such as: import fees, declaration fees, import duties (tariffs) and/or taxes. For more information on customs, duties, taxes and other import charges, please contact your local customs office.

If the address you used to place your order is incorrect and if your package doesn’t reach you due to this, we will not be held responsible and will not be able to offer you a refund.

If a package is lost on the way, we’ll be happy to send you a replacement.

How much does shipping cost?

If your order is less than $300, shipping costs vary depending on where you live. You'll see the different rates upon checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

Within 30 days*
You're welcome to either make a refund (on full priced items) or exchange. Items must be in new condition, unwashed, unworn, and unaltered with
both original tags intact.

Within 31 to 60 days*
Items are subject to exchanges or store credit only.

After 60 days*
We are unable to accept any more exchanges or returns. Sorry!

+Exchanges are free. Returns have a $15 flat rate fee to cover shipping and handling.
++If items returned have surpassed policy dates, we cannot guarantee that your order can be reimbursed.

What items are not eligible for return?

Regular priced items are eligible for return, exchange or store credit.

Discounted items less than 20% are eligible for exchange or store credit at the original value at the time of the sale only.

Discounted items equal to or more than 20% off or items marked as 'final sale' on the product description are FINAL SALE.

If you send back a Final Sale item, we will not able to return it to you.

How do I start my return or exchange process?

Please email us at hello@theshortlisted.co to get a Return Authorization Number. Please include your order number in your return so we can identify your package.

Returns will incur the cost of the shipping label deducted from your return, but exchanges and store credit are free.

All duty fees are upon the responsibility of the customer, and we reserve the right to reject a return based on the condition of the product.

How does the refund process work?

For Canadian customers, once the item has been successfully returned, it will take approximately 7 business days to quality check and process your order.

If you are a US customer, we're currently only able to offer exchanges or store credits for any purchases. If you're unsure about sizing, fabric or care, please reach out to us at hello@theshortlisted.co so we can help answer any questions.

Refunds via credit card typically take 10 business days, and are eligible to be
returned to your original payment method only. We are unable to refund your order onto another credit card due to fraud protection. If your
credit card has expired and replaced recently, the return may transfer to your new card or via cheque issued by your bank. For more information, please contact your local bank for details.
